    THRASHER Resident Project Representative The Thrasher Group, Inc. has immediate openings for Resident Project Representative’s to provide inspection services during the construction of water distribution systems, water treatment facilities, sewage collection systems and wastewater treatment plants. Project areas include southern West Virginia and Southwestern Virginia areas. Applicant must be able to interact with clients, contractors and the general public. Duties include preparation of electronic field inspection reports, technical support for construction quality control, and interpret construction plans and contract detailed specifications.
