Resident Project Representative
The Thrasher Group, Inc.
has immediate openings for Resident Project Representative’s to provide inspection services during the construction of water distribution systems, water treatment facilities, sewage collection systems and wastewater treatment plants. Project areas include southern West Virginia and Southwestern Virginia areas. Applicant must be able to interact with clients, contractors and the general public. Duties include preparation of electronic field inspection reports, technical support for construction quality control, and interpret construction plans and contract detailed specifications. Applicant must be willing to receive additional training for further career development. Working environment for this position is primarily outside work, inclusive of all weather conditions. Candidate must be able to lift 40 - 50 pounds and walk considerable distances or stand for extended periods of time in sometimes remote terrain.
Qualifications:
• Preferred Construction Background • Work independently and collaboratively • Strong organization, computer and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to travel and work overtime when needed • A High School Diploma, or its equivalent, is required. Post high school education is a plus • Require Valid Driver’s License
