Risk Manager-Workers Compensation
This position will be responsible for the management of the Workers Compensation claim function for the entire organization to include injury claims, FBL claims, State OP claims, and Hearing Loss claims. Candidate will work closely with Third Party Administrator, Insurance Broker and Company Management to ensure resolution of WC claims. College Degree (Business Management or HR Management) and/or equivalent experience is required along with a minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in Workers Compensation claims administration. Position will be based in Beckley and will require occasional travel to site operations. Position will report to VP-Human Resources.
